ActiveTrack 6.0

ActiveTrack 6.0 helps automatically keep moving subjects framed while filming. Features such as Face Auto-Detect and Dynamic Framing are useful for solo creators who need the camera to follow them without a dedicated camera operator.

Combined with the mechanical gimbal and fast focusing system, ActiveTrack 6.0 makes the DJI Pocket 3 particularly effective for vlogging and moving shots.

Full-Pixel Fast Focusing

The Pocket 3 uses full-pixel fast focusing to maintain focus on subjects even while they are moving. DJI also includes Product Showcase mode, which prioritizes foreground subjects for product demonstrations and livestream-style content.

10-Bit D-Log M Color

It can also directly connect with compatible DJI wireless microphone transmitters for a simplified creator workflow.

Battery Life

The built-in 1300mAh battery provides up to 166 minutes of operating time under DJI's test conditions at 1080p/24fps with Wi-Fi and the screen turned off.

Fast charging can reach approximately 80% in 16 minutes and 100% in 32 minutes when tested with DJI's 65W PD charger, which is sold separately.

Creator Combo Battery Handle

The included Osmo Pocket 3 Battery Handle contains an additional 950mAh battery. DJI states that it can extend Pocket 3 operating time by approximately 62%.

The handle also supports hot swapping, includes USB-C connectivity for compatible external audio equipment, and has a 1/4-inch thread for accessories such as tripods.

Storage

The DJI Pocket 3 has no built-in storage, so a microSD card is required for recording. It supports microSD cards with capacities up to 1TB.

This provides creators with flexible storage options for long 4K recording sessions and large video projects.
