Is this a genuine product?
Yes - completely original, imported units. Windows and Office licenses are pre-activated and genuine, so the laptop is ready to use the day you receive it.
What if it is broken when I receive it?
You have a 7-day replacement window for any unit that arrives with a functional defect, spec mismatch, or transit damage.

What is the warranty?
Every laptop comes with 3 months to 1 year of warranty, depending on the unit. The warranty is serviced at our own in-house repair lab in Saddar, Rawalpindi you do not ship anything abroad, you do not chase manufacturers.
