Payment Options at Intag Laptops

Intag Laptops has been serving customers since 1986. We are a Pakistani retailer for used and new laptops, with two storefronts (Saddar, Rawalpindi and Wah Cantt) and a national WhatsApp-based sales operation.

Important upfront: Intag operates on full payment in advance. We do not offer pay-later, EMI, or installment options through our website. All payment methods below are full-amount payments confirmed before dispatch.

1. In-store cash payment — Rawalpindi & Wah Cantt

Visit either of our storefronts, see the actual laptop, run any tests you want (battery health, screen, ports, keyboard, performance), and pay full amount in cash at the counter. This is how a large share of our customers buy — especially for higher-value units where the buyer wants to inspect the physical condition before paying.

  • Saddar, Rawalpindi (primary branch + in-house repair lab): Haider Road, near Bread & Butter Bakery, Saddar, Rawalpindi.
  • Wah Cantt: CSD Chowk / Laiq Chowk area, Wah Cantt.
  • Hours: Every day, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

If the model you saw online isn't in front of you at the store, the salesperson can usually arrange it within the same day or the next morning — ask before you travel.

2. Bank transfer — full advance, nationwide dispatch

For customers outside Rawalpindi/Islamabad, the standard way to buy is a full-amount bank transfer in advance, followed by courier dispatch. Before you transfer, the sales team will:

  • Confirm the exact laptop is in stock and reserve the unit in your name.
  • Share a live video of the actual unit you're about to buy — screen on, battery showing, the physical body from all angles.
  • Share our bank account details over WhatsApp once you have confirmed the order. Account details are shared per-order rather than published publicly to reduce fraud risk for both sides — if anyone shares "Intag bank details" with you outside an active WhatsApp conversation with our sales team, please verify with us first.

Once the full transfer is received, the order is packed and dispatched the same working day where possible. You receive a post-packing video before the parcel leaves our facility.

3. EasyPaisa / JazzCash / Raast transfer

Mobile wallet transfers (EasyPaisa, JazzCash) and Raast are accepted for the full payment amount, subject to standard wallet limits. For higher-value laptops, a bank transfer is usually faster because of wallet daily caps. Account/wallet details are shared by the sales team after order confirmation, same as bank transfer.

4. In-person card payment — in store

Card payment (debit/credit) for the full amount is available at our Saddar, Rawalpindi storefront. This is an in-person, physical-card transaction. We do not take card payments over the phone or through an online checkout — we don't run an online payment gateway, so any link asking you to "pay for an Intag laptop on a checkout page" is not from us.

What we do not accept

  • Pay-later, EMI, or installments. We require full payment before dispatch. No partial-payment or pay-on-delivery options.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD). We do not offer COD. All payments are confirmed in advance.
  • International payments / foreign cards through a website checkout. We do not run an online payment gateway. We are not Daraz or Amazon; the close happens through WhatsApp/phone with the sales team.
  • Cryptocurrency. Not accepted.
  • Cheques. Not accepted for retail orders. Cheque-based payment may be considered for confirmed corporate B2B orders (CSD, FFBL, FPCL, COMSATS-type institutional buyers) under an agreed PO process — contact our corporate desk.

Corporate / bulk / institutional orders

Why we require full payment in advance

This is the most-asked question on this page, so it deserves a direct answer. The used laptop market in Pakistan runs on inspected stock — each unit is graded, tested and reserved per order. Full advance payment lets us:

  • Reserve the specific unit in your name as soon as you confirm the order.
  • Pack and dispatch on the same working day when possible.
  • Send you the pre-dispatch video of the actual unit before it leaves our facility.
  • Cover courier costs and unit-handling so we don't have to load refused-parcel costs onto our other customers' prices.

How to order

  1. Tell us the model, budget, or use-case on WhatsApp at +92 303 3333627.
  2. The sales team confirms stock, shares a video of the actual unit, and quotes the final landed price including delivery.
  3. You pick a payment method from the list above. The team shares the relevant account/wallet details.
  4. You transfer the full payment.
  5. Once payment clears, the unit is dispatched. You receive a post-packing video before the parcel leaves.

Every laptop ships with an international warranty serviced at our in-house repair lab in Saddar, Rawalpindi.
