About Intag Laptops

Intag Laptops has been serving customers since 1986. What began as a single counter in Rawalpindi has grown into one of Pakistan's longest-running specialist retailers for business-class laptops — HP, Dell, Lenovo, and other premium brands — sold from two physical storefronts and delivered nationwide.

We are not an online-only seller and we are not a grey-market importer. Every laptop we sell is inspected, graded, and serviced through our in-house repair lab before it leaves the shelf. That is why customers across Pakistan — and institutional buyers including CSD, FFBL, FPCL, and COMSATS University Islamabad — continue to choose Intag four decades in.

We operate two storefronts:

  • Saddar, Rawalpindi (main branch + repair lab) — Haider Road, near Bread & Butter Bakery, Saddar, Rawalpindi 46000. Open every day, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM.
  • Wah Cantt — CSD Chowk / Laiq Chowk area, Wah Cantt 47040.

Walk-in customers are welcome at both branches. For nationwide orders, our team handles the entire process by WhatsApp at 0303 3333892 — live video demos before purchase, a video of your actual unit before we pack it, and tracked dispatch the same day or next.

Warranty and after-sales

Every laptop we sell carries an international warranty — the residual factory warranty from the country of import, typically two months to one year depending on the unit. Warranty service is handled at our in-house repair lab at the Saddar, Rawalpindi branch. We do not ship faulty units to a third party and we do not disappear after the sale. The same team that sold you the laptop services it.

The team

Intag is owned by Moiz Mughal. The sales and content team includes Umar (sales & content) and a small team of product specialists who run demos and after-sales support. Digital and marketing operations are handled by Muhammad Aqib.
